For a two day retreat, get away from it all with a sail to Catalina Island and anchor your teams as never before!  Your boats will sail to Two Harbors, a charming and quiet anchorage on the west end of the island.  

Departing from Marina Del Rey or Long Beach, your teams can race to the Island or have a casual sail if they prefer.  A delicious BBQ dinner on the beach at sunset, overlooking the boats and harbor will be waiting for your teams' arrival.  

Your teams can sleep overnight on their boats or stay at the quaint Banning House Lodge high on a hill with panaromic views of both sides of the island.  

En route to the island, your teams can discuss team performance or other business needs, or just enjoy getting to know one another as never before.  

After a good night's rest on Catalina, your morning options include walks on the beach, meandering on island trails, snorkeling, kayak races or dinghy rides-- all great ways to revitalize your teams before departing back to the mainland.
